A custom workout plan I created for myself. This is a 4 week PPL (Push, Pull, Legs) program, its only the programming with minimal notes. Lifts can be changed to suite what you have available to you. I named it my Techna Color PPL because it was the first one I wrote out and color coded per muscle group to make things stand out more for myself.
A bit about me I am an ISSA Certifed Personal Trainer with additonal certifications in Online Coaching, Body Building, and Nutrition currently. I have been training for 24 years and other than my family its what I am most passionate about.
